Here's a quick look at the game:

Zombie Space Episode II is a zombie shooter set on an infected space station where a previous mercenary team has disappeared. Your mission is to search for survivors, investigate the outbreak, and destroy the zombies and monsters blocking your progress. You can tackle the station alone or play with a second player on the same device.

Clearing the Infected Station

Combat revolves around moving through zombie-filled areas and eliminating every hostile creature. Weapons are hidden inside boxes, so exploration directly affects the equipment available for later fights. Characters and weapons can also be upgraded, giving you a way to prepare for stronger enemies as the game progresses.

Each character has access to a super weapon and special abilities in addition to regular firearms. Since new weapons must be found rather than simply selected from the start, checking boxes is part of the main progression loop rather than an optional collectible hunt.

Controls for One or Two Players

On PC, Player 1 moves with WASD, changes weapons with Q, activates or interacts with E, and uses the super weapon with F. Shooting is assigned to X or Space, while the mouse can be used to look and shoot.

Player 2 uses the Arrow Keys to move, K to switch weapons, M to activate or interact, and J for the super weapon. Shooting uses L or Numpad 0. Mobile versions use touch controls for the available actions.

Using Weapons and Upgrades Effectively

Boxes contain new weapons, so leaving them unopened limits the arsenal you can bring into later encounters. Search accessible boxes as you advance, then use the weapon-switch control to move between the equipment you have collected.

Upgrades become more important when stronger enemies appear. Improving both the character and weapons increases your options against tougher targets instead of relying only on the starting setup. Super weapons should also be kept in mind during difficult fights because they provide a separate combat action from standard shooting.

In local two-player mode, the separate keyboard layouts let both mercenaries move, shoot, switch weapons, interact, and trigger their own super weapons on one device. Coordinating those actions can make it easier to keep pressure on zombie groups while continuing to search the station.
